PLEASE HELP

For about a month now I have been feelings something in my bed, it can feel like tickling or like a small bite, usually on my legs. I've gotten some small red bites and my boyfriend has them on his stomach. I have washed all the covers. When I look at the bed after feeling something, I can't see anything!! I have seen some small white specks, but I figured they were just skin cells, they dont move and dont have legs, they are the size of a pin head. I do not see any ugs on the matress either, what do I do? I can't sleep anymore.
