health and bugs

The place I'm staying at the moment has cockroaches and I'm worried about my health. I finally found a new place and I should be leaving this week. Recently, I was taking a shower and I placed my loofa on a window henge in the bathroom. When I lifted my loofa to use it, there were these tiny grayish worms (which I read are insect larva)and I think I might of used my loofa without seeing these worms before hand. Should I be worried that these worms are inside my body right now?
